An accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of global experience, Kylie has led high-performing teams across marketing, communications, and operations in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
Kylie has held several prominent board positions including Chair of Better Care Delivered, Company Secretary and Head of Communications and Corporate Services at the Australian Water Association, and Non-Executive Director at the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation.
In her various roles, Kylie has driven significant organisational growth and transformation through a collaborative approach and her values-driven leadership philosophy, ‘Leadership with Heart’, which is about humanising leadership through kindness, empathy, critical thinking, and ethical behaviour. This leadership approach ensures leaders, decision makers, governance teams and the broader community stay interconnected, advancing organisations and society.
She is deeply committed to improving the health and wellbeing of all Australians, with a focus on rural communities, a passion rooted in her upbringing in outback NSW.
Her contributions have been recognised with prestigious accolades, including Stevie Woman of the Year (Not for Profit) 2023 and Stevie Asia Pacific Most Innovative Chairman 2024.
