An Everyday Hero shines the light

Our hardworking Director and Board Secretary, Jae Kang ran in the Sydney Half Marathon raising money for SHINE for Kids through the Everyday Hero program. Intending to run anyway, Jae was told about Everyday Hero and how he could make the run serve another purpose. Registering at www.everydayhero.com.au, he made SHINE for Kids his nominated charity then asked family, friends and colleagues to support his efforts.

And support him they did – he raised over $1000 for SHINE for Kids with no more effort than a Sunday morning run – albeit a long one.
