Work with us

When you work for us, you’re working as part of a team that is valued and respected by our partners in the criminal justice system, our supporters and the local communities in which we serve.

We provide the support required so that everyone in the team is appropriately skilled and engaged to be effective.

From the very first day, employees and volunteers experience that support through:

  • training in Work Health and Safety, cultural competency and child safety
  • induction and training about the workspace.

Everyone has access to clinical supervision through a network of local psychologists and access to support through the Employee Assistance Program for debriefing, trauma management and other workplace issues.
