HR Manager Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for both operational and strategic outcomes. HR support for the entire employee life cycle across the business unit as a whole. Working in a business environment of 50+ employees and 200+ volunteers, you will enjoy a hands on role, as well as the variety of special projects. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, implementing and reviewing policies and procedures, providing generalist advice to staff and workplace health and safety management. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of HR initiatives around organisational culture, employee engagement and performance and change management. Ultimately, you will lead the organisation in the provision of quality advice and provide general support for day to day business activities whilst partnering and collaborating with the leadership team to improve operations and service delivery.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have relevant and proven experience in a similar role as a HR Manager/People and Culture Manager. You will have strong generalist HR experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and drive change within a business. You will have a strong understanding of current HR practices and trends and have experience partnering and collaborating with leadership teams and a business as a whole.
